Tony Ferrulli

Tony Ferrulli has over 47 years in real estate, having began his career in 1977. He and three other partners had two offices in California and one in Houston, Texas, dealing in both Commercial and Residential properties.  Tony's most recent professional experience includes four years as the Real Estate Manager for the Western Region of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Irvine, California, during the last Banking crisis of 2008. This was his second time around with FDIC.

Most recently Tony has focused on residential and commercial properties in the Prescott area. He is also very versed on IRS 1031 exchanges.
